Memphis City Schools Teacher Tech Camp 2009

 This year's camp, an intensive 4-day program, is for teachers who are experienced with technology and want to take their understanding a step further. These topics will be covered plus more:

• Discovering Web 2.0
• Creating your own classroom blog
• Using social bookmarking
• Exploring Google Docs for collaboration
• Incorporating Google Earth in your lessons
• Experimenting with multimedia sites
• Utilizing podcasting for communication
• Getting creative with digital photography
• Taking first steps in programming with Scratch
• Developing effective technology integration techniques with these tools

Sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. each day and continue to 3:30 p.m., with a break for lunch at 11:00 (Lunch is not provided).
